Thank you letters

When people take the time to do something for you, whether the gesture is small or big, take the time to write a letter of thanks.  This summer you will write a lot of thank you letters.  At the bottom of the page, you will find an example letter and envelope format. Please pay attention to these and make sure your work resembles them. They should be typed, neat, and placed in a regular size envelope to be brought to the next meeting.  Please bring three copies: one to be mailed, one for your records, and one for our records.
